About Karl Fitzpatrick

Karl is a shareholder and director of Ireland's Largest Private Training Provider, Chevron Training & Development Ltd, where he has overall responsibility for business strategy and growth.

Chevron Training has grown over the past 5 years to become Ireland's largest private training company. The success of this business has been largely due to developing highly focused strategies by matching it's services to it's ideal target market and communicating with them in their greatest numbers.

Chevron Training is a multi award winning training provider and has won the EPA Business of the Year Award in 2010 along with Best Training Provider at the Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2010 and Green Business of the year award in 2011.

Karl is also the presenter of South East Radio's flagship business programme 'Business Matters', business columnist with The Wexford Echo Newpaper, a director of Wexford Chamber of Commerce, a Business Mentor with Wexford County Enterprise Board and Chairman of various Business to Business Networking Groups across County Wexford. Karl also delivers the managing your business in challenging times programme for Wexford Local Development.

Karl has provided mentoring services to hundreds of SME's in areas such as time management, business plan development, business strategy, channel management, lead generation, conversion rates, internationalisation, strategic alliances, franchising, sales process, pipeline management.

As an advocate of life long learning, Karl recently completed a masters degree in International Selling Programme, which is Enterprise Ireland's Gold Standard Programme, designed to assist High Potential Irish companies strengthen their positions in international markets.

Over the past 15 years Karl has had the opportunity to work across a broad range of sectors which include insurance, information technology, media, motor trade, renewable energy, recruitment, education. Through his association with Wexford County Enterprise Board, Wexford Local Development and Carlow Local Development he has mentored businesses in the construction, outsourcing, web, software, manufacturing, renewable energy, tourism, healthcare, craft, food, engineering,agriculture, forestry and medical device sectors. Karl's expertise in business mentoring and coaching has been acknowledged and endorsed by leading business owners.
