This is termed a ‘Subject Access Request’ and any such request must be made in writing and sent via email to: dataprotection@chevrongroup.ie . Under Data Protection rules, Chevron may charge a fee of up to €6.35 in responding to this information request and Chevron will respond within 40 calendar days.
Data Protection legislation provides a person with the right to have his/her personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or erased, if there is no legitimate reason for retaining the data. There is no charge in dealing with this type of request which will be completed within 40 calendar days from the date the request is received.
